Aerosol R&D Center 
The Aerosol R&D Center is developed from the 1987-founded Aerosol Technology R&D Center of the Chemistry Dept. In 1995, the Aerosol R&D Center was appraised as a state-level aerosol R&D center. This center is equipped with gas-mass chromatographs, liquid chromatographs, gas chromatographs, ultraviolet scanners, and other special sophisticated devices for chemical researches, and more than 40 professional researchers and developers. In these many years, this center has been insisting in the R&D of product and technology innovation and absorbing advanced technologies and experience from across the world by its constructive cooperation with relative organs and experts both at home and abroad. Our professional researchers and developers provide OEMs with professional track services, including aerosol products, household pesticides, aerosol cans, aerosol valves, aerosol can lids, refreshers, furniture care products, personal care product, cleaning products, industrial chemicals, auto chemicals, and the forth. The customers are also allowed to produce fittest products for themselves according to their own requirements together with our professional technicians.
Aerosol Canning Center
This center is equipped with a full automatic high-speed production line (200 cans/minute) introduced from K.P-AEROFILL Company of U.K., 4 imported middle-speed aerosol filling lines, multi-purpose blending workshops, and powerful propelling gas supply systems. It can satisfy different demands of the customers at the same time.

Aerosol Can Production Center

     This center, armed with Switzerland-made MAWAG multi-purpose slitters, Germany-made SOUNDRONIC high-speed automatic welding machines, Germany-made LANICO splitters, Italy-made BONFIGRIOLI inspection devices, one high-speed production line which makes 250 cans each minute, and 3 middle-speed automatic production lines, is able to produce aerosol cans of different heights ranging from 65dm, 57dm, 52dm, 45dm, and different pressures, living up to advanced European standards.

Tinplate Printing Center

  This center, assembled with tin plate printing machines made by U.K. CRABTRE Company, can make all kinds of high-quality printed tin plates, electric kettles, shells for electric rice cooker, battery shells, varnish cans, aerosol cans, foodstuff cans, exterior packages (tea boxes, moon cake boxes, peanut oil cans). We produce 30 million pieces of color printing tin plate and 15 million pieces of coating tin plates.

Valve Center

    With Italy-made K series valve production equipment, this canter produces 1 hundred million pieces of valves. It mainly makes several series valves, namely, K series, S series, special series, spraying pumps. To satisfy the customers’ demands to the largest extent, we recently developed out KS series headstand injection valves and 32D type ration valves.
